This is an ad for Insight Communications. I actually got it in the mail. The style is very modern along with the modern typography. It is very organized and balanced. I was attracted to the design probably from the contrast in the colors and shapes of plus, minus and equals sign. Posted are the front of the pamphlet and part of the inside pages.

Using mathematics symbols give me smart impression. As you said, it's very organaized and strong.
I love how they used the idea of addition, subtraction, and equals. It flows very nicely.
I concur I really love the layout and coloring choices. The blue and orange work great together. They did a great job with their use of typography in both the font choice and layout.
